I was trying to conceive and I had all the symptoms one day after my period date I got my period that too brown in colour for 7 days after that I don't have any visible cervical mucus in my panty and this cycle I didn't had my fertility muscus. Still I have pregnancy symptoms. Is there anything serious?

A. not sure . need to have proper sonography You should have proper consultation with your treating doctor , as some examination or investigations may be needful, so that proper medications can be given And the treatment can be done very properly
