Q.

I was told by my doctor that the ideal duration for breast feeding is 20mins. I wanted to confirm that is it 20mins for each breast or 20mins in total.

A. hello 20 mons for each breast should be fine and make sure baby is latching well and taking well and baby gaining a minimum of six hundred grams to 800 grams per month then means baby is getting sufficient breast milk if not give infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
