I was not a breastfeeding mom but my breasts was very sagged what is the reason behind that and how can I cure this problem

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 8 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Use a proper suitable size bra. Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Start walking for at least half an hour twice a day. Good luck and take care.
