I was holding my 8 month old baby floor skit and I fell down along with baby her back head was hitted on the floor she cried after that she is active taking feeding and sleeping normal should I do ct scan

No we cannot jump to a conclusion to get a CT scan but you should get a check with your doctor one time for sure tomorrow because see when you fell down you must have fallen down on your child and that is why the head of the child may have hit the floor currently maybe there is no problem but maybe there can be swelling or anything so it’s better to check with your doctor tomorrow one day if they advise then you go for further scan
