first ,I advise to limit your salt intake
it is very very important.
keep your self well hydrated.
drink plenty of fluids like water , nimbupani,lassi , etc
take natural probiotics like fresh curd buttermilk etc more
Eat antioxidants rich food like tomato , squash , blueberries , cherries ,bell pepper etc more
avoid taking refined food like bread ,pasta ,sugar etc
use Healthy cooking oil like olive oil while preparing food.
don't sit or stand for long period.
but don't sit with hanging your legs.
go for walk daily.
keep pillow under your legs or between your legs while sleeping.
you can try cool pack on edema part.
