Q.

I was having lower back pain from before delivery and it didn't subside even after delivery. Pain is felt when sitting relaxed. Can you tell me the solution?

A. If you’ve had a C-section like specially epidural at the time of delivery whether it was normal or C-section that it could probably because of that since you completed 11 months of delivery I would suggest you to go ahead with basic workout to reduce down your back pain
