Q.

I was earlier 57 kg and now I’m 65kg in my 7th month of pregnancy . Is this a healthy weight gain? Approximately how much weight gain is good in pregnancy?

A. hi ideally,one can gain around 10-12kg weight through out the pregnancy so it depends on your weight which you had at conception time
