I was check a prega news urine test at home ,after 1 hours the faint line in a come in card, what is the meaning

After five minutes if the Line didn’t come and after one hour it came then we cannot consider it as positive but if you’re looking for pregnancy then you should take a test again in the morning and within five minutes check the result of the second line is visible then you can consider it positive otherwise you should go for an ultrasound or a blood test for confirmation
