Q.

i was breastfeeding my baby4 months now but 2weeks ago he caught cold and stopped , ever since my supply decreased and reached to few ml , what i should do or any suppliment u ll suggest

A. You can take Shatavari powder it’s a very good lactation supplement which you can consume three times in the day with warm milk that is going to help in increasing your lactation along with that please make sure to consume good amount of fluids proteins and fibres in your die
