I was blessed with baby boy in 2017. from the of birth I am suffering from back ace and I am also gaining weight

Hi I think the bank is more because of your weight since you’re saying that you’re gaining weight so if you start doing basic exercises reduce down your weight then your weight will reduce also I would say that the pain is also going to reduce with that so try doing the exercise that suits you start with basic yoga and there are lot of exercises and yoga where in they can help in reducing down your back pain so join a professional yoga class you can learn better
