Q.
I wanted to ask that, as my baby is of 3 months, and from when I can give her cow's or goat's milk. As I am a working women, I will be able not be able to feed her whole day, once joining office. Please advice.

ExpertDr. Swapnil SaxenaAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. in case you cannot breastfeed then you should go for giving formula milk not cow milk because it won't be digested and it will create problems with digestion like loose motions

Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children3 years agoA. goat milk or cow milk any animal milk to baby should be introduced after baby complete one year exclusively breast feeding recommend for six months or you can give formula milk
