ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom are you can carry certain fruits which are soft and can be easily be mashed and given to the baby also fresh juices. If it is available it can give that without adding much of sugar to it. Vegetable soups and steamed vegetables are fine. Apart from that some small quantity of puffed rice or Makhana’s can be given as well, you can also opt by giving her if possible you can get idlis or soft rice along with some curd or thin Dal , Upma is a good idea as well. You can make a powder of roasted poha and Bengal gram and that can be just be mixed with hot water and can be made into a paste and given it to the baby.
