I want to switch to formula feed as my milk supply is less. doc suggested nanprp excella 1 and when I gave it, my doc vomited

A. hi exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months is recommended please avoid formula milk have good protiens, variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well , have shatavari powder for better quality of milk
