Q.

I want to sleep on my back but i know it's not possible as I'm 23 week pregnant but is there any minimum time when I can lay down on my back ?

A. sometimes u can for few minutes. it's important to focus of a healthy diet. you can add paneer, dahi, ghee, beans, fresh fruits and cereals. no harm. always involve your primary physician too in diet plan to get first hand advice and better outcome.
