A. hi mom certainly you can have good proteins, variety of vegetables , fresh fruits and have almonds, walnuts 4 to 5 pieces soaked ones limit fried, sugary , packaged foods

A. take healthy food like green leafy vegetables better to avoid fried items and sugar Do excersize don't have stress... because it's taking long time
