Q.

i want to loose weight. but being a working mother and due to so tight schedule i am unable to focus on my diet. i am loosing my confidence due to my weight. i am feeling very awkward in public places. please give some easy tips to loose weight.

A. If You really want to lose on your weight then you first have to stop being a you know awkward and situation it is just a body type stop shaming yourself because you are healthy or something so you know I would tell you that I think what you can do you can be proper diet just cut down completely on Friday carbs and junk for the time being and start doing intermittent fasting for minimum 12 to 16 hours since you are saying that you cannot to go for a workout this is the best thing that you can try
