A. Here's a simple and balanced diet chart for a 9-month-old baby: Morning (7–8 AM): Breast milk or formula Mashed banana or soft-boiled egg (if no allergy risk) Mid-Morning (10–11 AM): Fruit puree (apple, pear, papaya) or small pieces of soft fruit Lunch (1–2 PM): Mashed rice or khichdi with vegetables Moong dal (well-cooked and mashed) A small amount of ghee for healthy fat Evening Snack (4–5 PM): Ragi porridge or suji (semolina) kheer Breast milk or formula Dinner (7–8 PM): Soft mashed chapati or rice with dal and vegetables Steamed and mashed potato, carrot, or pumpkin Before Bed: Breast milk or formula Ensure all foods are soft, well-cooked, and free from added salt and sugar. Introduce new foods one at a time and watch for any allergic reactions.
