Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. hi yes mam, if a child is not able to speak single word or not even babble ,you should consult your pediatrician . otherwise it is normal to speak less please don't compare your child with others. let him /her grow at own pace. just encourage your child by talking with him /her more.
