Seema shekharMom of 2 children4 years agoA. First of all prepare home made food give 3 meals which include rice barley oats moong dal , barley. start with little then increase gradually. 2 to 3 types of fruit puree coconut water fresh home made curd.breast feed at least 4 to 5 time. maintain hygiene.
