A. healthy food chart fr baby.. breakfast as poha cheela upma uthapam idly uthapam suji halwa.. mid morning any fruits lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad evening snacks as veg cutlet potato tikka bread pokado... dinner as dal roti doodh roti stuffed parantha...
