Q.
I want to decrease weight but my baby is on breastmilk? can I do dixit diet or any diet can you suggest.

RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl1 Year agoA. Till the time you are feeding the child you’re not advised to have any kind of a diet or thinking of losing weight by diet or workout it is also going to affect your breastfeeding which is why I’m not going to advise you to do a diet as of now
