I want to consult that my baby, Banjot is 7yrs and 9 months old but his teeth hv not fallen out yet.

Which process happens between the age of 5 to 13 years if the teeth have not fallen down then it’s not a problem they will fall out but yes if the new teeth have started to come behind or in front of those teeth then you need to consult a dentist to get the older teeth extracted
