I want to buy nipples or teats, but I am confused which teat is suitable for my feeding bottle. also, do I have to buy teats from the same bottle brand or different brand will also work. and most importantly how to fix the teats in the old bottle. please let me know

you can buy Babyhug wide neck silicone nipple medium flow pack is best for your 3 Months old baby.
but to use any nipple teat with old bottle ,you need to check its measurements ,I mean the product length and inner neck diameter of teat in specification of product.
