I want to ask my son 7 years ..not eating properly .I want food chart...another son one year old I want food chart

To both ur kids, give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between.
Give all that you cook for your family. There is no restriction on that.
Give variety of food and choices as giving same food daily looses interest in eating.
