Q.

i want to about the diet recently my boy got sick badly what would you suggest for iron and calcium there is not sufficient breastfeed

A. do give curd, to him, suitable formula milk.. give daily few sips of pomegranate juice, Give boiled n pureed veggies like Beet root, lufa, and Spinach.. they are having good iron containt
