I want my nutrition diet list. will you help ne in making it? I am 19 yrs old and 3 month pregnant and I don't have my mother to tell want to do? so I kindly request you to suggest what to eat, when to eat and what not?

A. Hello dear parent to be, you should eat everything healthy. Fruits and green veg2are must for you. During pregnancy you should totally avoid eat g pineapple and papaya. Also avoid ajinomoto or MSG it is mainly added in Chinese cuisine. Drink lots of water. Must drink milk twice in a day. Also eat oiled egg if you are a non vegetarian.
