Q.

I want ask Mr Mahesh Patil neonatologist that one of my twin boy age six and half years delivered premature at 8 months has some developmental issues like still he is not toilet trained and do potty in pants .Also worried that all the time small toilet coming in pants

A. normally such problems decreases with increasing age of the child and you have to continue the therapy going on and gradually the muscles which are involved in defecation will have proper strength
