I want a food chart and snacks chart for my baby my baby wants some bone strength foods suggest some food

A. dear mum, give 5 meals in a day. give calcium rich foods for bone strength such as milk, curd, paneer, cheese. green leafy veg like rajgira. eggs n non veg foods. dry fruits.
