it can be caused by many reasons like heat or sweating or infection or insect bite etc.
so, visit your pediatrician for proper evaluation.
keep your child well hydrated.
offer homemade healthy and well balanced diet.
keep that area clean and dry.
apply thin layer of Cetaphil lotion on it.
maintain good hygiene.
