Q.

I've stopped breastfeeding since 5 days now. Please advise on what I should do? Should I pump out the milk or just leave it ?

A. Namaste Mom, Yes for few days it would good to massage your breast amd extract or express the milk , later as the demand reduces the production also tend to stop
