I've heard that shouldn't give sugar and salt when starting solids, is that true?

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist10 months agoA. dear mum , yes this is true because salt requirements of the baby are v less less than a small pinch and kidney of baby is not mature to process sugar as it risk overweight n dental caries
