A. you should use mamaearth tea tree body wash . best for body acne.

A. Ma’am currently I can recommend you to use calamine lotion but if it is a body at least it’s very important for you to check with the doctor you should consult the dermatologist it could be due to some skin rash allergy and infectious doctors can help you correctly on that
