Hello mom you have to try to make a routine .. a kid asks for lot of snacks if they are not eating much of good meals .. so set a time for meals and also snacks otherwise they will not eat much of food well Z So snacks options would be - dry fruits and nuts , seasonal fruits , vegetable soups , veg sandwich , roasted Makhanas , bhel Puri , rusk , popcorns , veg cutlets
