ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician7 years agoA. The main reason of it is constipation. So eat fibre rich foods and green leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli, kale, fruits like papaya, pear, figs, dates. Drink plenty of liquids like warm soups and drink 8 to 12 glasses of water in a day. Also at bed time add one teaspoon badam Rogan in a glass of warm milk. Start taking hot sitz bath. Apply lignocaine gel around anus before passing motion.
