I used Indian toilet, 4 months after normal delivery. I felt like there is small bulging something through my vagina. Should I be worried about this?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much. It happens after delivery. Please try to use English toilet. Also see YouTube videos for vaginal exercises post delivery. Thanks and take care
