I use to have multiple calcium, vitamin & zinc tablets during my pregnancy, post the pregnancy I have stopped these tablets, but now i have experienced severe hair fall. Is it advisable to take those vitamin zinc tabs again. Please suggest

Ma’am Engineer six months after delivery you are supposed to take calcium multivitamin an irony for six months you should never stop it without consulting your doctor it is mandatory for initial six months and for your hair fall I would like to tell you to start applying onion juice into your scalp once or twice in a week keep it for 25 minutes and then just wash it
