I use Mamaearth's baby cream for my daughter but I have to use the same brand for a lifetime. Please suggest which one is the best? Mamaearth or Cetaphil.

Both are good at their own places and if you are stable with the product that you’re using if it is suiting the skin of the child then you can continue with that and there is no compulsion that you have to stick to it for rest of your life you can change it as per your need you can go for cetaphil also that’s actually a good brand as
