Q.
I un knowingly eat overcooked duck egg.. I really dont konw that its bad. My friend tell its bad and poisonness so iam worried... I didnt feel any wrong. Egg white cilour has changed to very light brown

If you like it then you can continue taking it if you are not a lactating mother. But if you are a breastfeeding mother than you should definitely not try to take it because babies overall growth in weight gain depends on mothers diet. Otherwise you should continue taking a diet as you are taking
