i tested covid positive yesterday n i m in a room but my baby is 1.4yrs n he is outside not along wid me in d room.. so i dont breastfeed him since yesterday because of which my breast r getting full, hard n painful too... what to do?? i tried wid my hands to take out milk but dont help much as widin hours it get full again..... so pls suggest n help me wid this.... i also feel that this is d tym if he stop breastfeed but what to do abt mine breast hardness n all... pls help
