Q.
I stopped feeding my 2 year old baby 12 days back. but still my breasts feel tender and it's painful. sometimes milk leaks out of breasts. how to stop the production of milk?

A. i also stopped breastfeeding my babies. but only after 1 day, my breasts started paining n felt like a lump. so i pumped the milk using my electric pump n felt very light. its been 3 days since then ...now they are not that much heavier. so everytime when breast is full n tender try to pump. but remember only when, when breasts are full of milk. milk production will be stopped gradually and there will be no chances of milk lump in the breast. try pumping. it will help
