i just stopped breastfeeding but my breasts are very hard and painful. what can I do for this???

A. Okay so I would like to tell you that you should do hot compress and regular massage so basically first you should be massaging and after that you should go ahead we are doing hot compress which is going to be benefiting for you to reduce the pain
