I stopped breastfeeding my baby 4 days back.. now i have pain in my one breast and swelling is also there, i expressed some milk but still it’s paining and feeling like there lumps formed inside What should i do now

A. Massage the breast with warm oil and do hot compress that will help and stop extracting milk because the more extract more the body is going to make so let it be the same mass massaging and compress will help and check with your doctor for further assistance
