Q.

I stopped breastfeeding for my 2 year old baby girl after that somedays I have health anxiety about mild chest pain and back pain and mild shortness of breath is this hormonal shifts symptoms or anything else l.if anything means which doctor I have to consult

A. Hello! This can be some kind of hormonal shift or some other reason. Try Yoga and Meditation for better physical and mental health. Consult your doctor for a personal valuation and seek assistance in this matter.
