Q.

i stopped breastfeeding at night time so is it compulsory to feed him during night time or is there any alternative food shall I give him?

A. Hello mam A child above 1 year do not need to eat anything in the night post dinner or bedtime milk So do not give the child anything except water if the child wakes up at night Also give good nutritious dinner so that the child is full till the morning
