I stopped breastfeed to my daughter. My acne’s have increased after that. Is it because of hormonal changes ?

A. Hello dear parent! Maintain a good personal hygiene. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day. Skin changes are very normal after delivery. Try applying pure chandan powder mixed with a little water on the affected area to reduce the discomfort. Good luck and take care.
