Q.
I stopped breast feeding my baby last month, my last period date was 15th November, this month I did not get my period yet..Can some one help me with this please??

Janani ViswanathanMom of 2 children3 years agoA. If you have weaned breastfeeding, your periods should be having normal cycle after few months. And it is always good to use contraceptive methods after delivery even if u have irregular or no periods. If the periods is not coming even after couple of months, then Irregular periods can also be due to thyroid or pcos or any other medical conditions or stress and anxiety. Consult your gynecologist once to get her opinion on this. Practice yoga and meditation daily and watch ur eating habits. Intake lots of water and include green leafy vegetables, fruits, pulses and iron rich food in ur regular diet
