Q.
I stopped breast feeding after a month my son was born as I was extremely ill. Kindly suggest how to begin breast feeding again . Will I start lactating? It’s just a month that I had to stop

yes you can start
for that ,you can take leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk.
offer plenty of feeds because the more your child latches, the more milk is produced.
massage your breasts with coconut oil
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
try different feeding position.
make skin to skin Contact while feeding your child.
