RashmiMom of a 11 yr 2 m old girl2 years agoA. You can do hot compress at least 5 to 6 times in the day that is going to help in reducing down the hardness and pain also I would recommend you to ask your gynaecologist to help you with medicine which will help in drying up your breast feed
