I still experience back pain after 2 years of delivery. Any solution?

A. hi, is your c section done? Take hot water bath with adding salt daily. Simple yoga exercises or breathing exercises can help instil calm within your body as well. Alternating cold presses with the application of warm treatment helps in relaxing the muscles and boosting circulation in the area of pain.
