Q.

I stay in Pune and I can see my 3 years old baby girl is having a few grey hairs. I am so scared, I mostly think it is because of hard water of Pune as my hairs are also turning grey drastically in few years. I am really worried about my baby’s hairs. Can anybody please suggest something?

A. Their is no specific cause for this might be nutritional deficiencies or genetic factors rule, Give fresh fruits , green veggies, and home made food with high protein diet. Follow good hair care like -Oiling hair with a mixture of oils like olive, alla oil, onion seed oil, sesame, coconut and castor oil keeps provides moisture and nourishment to hair If it keeps increasing do visit your doctor.
